During testing
- Once Heedium approves your sign-up, your account gets a 14-day trial, free and with no card needed.
- During the trial: 3 bots, 2,000 answers per month, 200 documents, 2 Zalo OA channels, plus shadow mode alongside your staff.
- After 14 days, the account moves to the Free plan. Bots, documents and conversations are kept.

When charging starts
- We give at least 7 days' notice by email or in the dashboard.
- You choose a plan or stop using the service. Nothing is charged unless you have agreed.
- Prepaying several months is discounted: 10% off for 6 months, 20% off for 12 months.
- Payment is by bank transfer with a VietQR code. Heedium does not store cards and never charges you automatically.
- Your first payment is refunded in full if you ask within 7 days, no reason needed.

Pricing questions
When will Heedium start charging?
There is no date yet. Heedium will charge only after the testing phase ends, with at least 7 days' notice by email or in the dashboard. Until then, every account is free.
Can the planned prices change?
Yes. The prices and limits on this page are planned and may be adjusted before they take effect. Official prices are announced with the notice that charging will start; if prices change after that, new prices apply only from your next renewal.
Do prices include VAT?
No. Prices on this page exclude value-added tax (VAT).
Will my data be deleted when testing ends?
No. If you have not chosen a paid plan, your account moves to the Free plan; bots, documents and conversations are kept. When you choose a plan, everything works again as before.
Which answers count toward the limit?
Each reply the bot sends to a customer on your website or Zalo OA counts as one answer. “No information” answers, messages from your staff and test chats in the dashboard do not count.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Your first payment is refunded in full if you ask within 7 days, no reason needed. Prepaid multi-month plans are refunded for the whole months not yet used.
